Manual Installation

To manually update Support Board and the apps, or to install a new app, follow the steps below.

• Insert the Envato purchase code of Support Board in the field below. For more details click here .
• Insert the license keys or Envato purchase codes of the apps in the fields below. The license keys are sent to your email when you purchase the apps, you can get them again from here .
• Click the button below Download now to download the latest version of Support Board and the apps. If you receive a 404 error, repeat the process again.
• To update Support Board, open the downloaded zip file, extract all files and folders inside it, and upload them in your Support Board intallation folder, replace all files. You should also edit the sw.js file and update the SB_CACHE_NAME constant with the new version number.
• To update, or install the apps, open each of the downloaded zip files, extract the folders inside them (ex. tickets ), and upload the folders into the apps folder of your Support Board intallation, if you're updating an existing app replace all files.
• You're done. The app is installed and active and you will see the new menu voice in the settings area.
