How your app uses the permission
----------------------------------------
The app allows users to receive messages sent to their synchronized WhatsApp numbers in Support Board(our software) and reply to them directly within Support Board.


Plaform settings
----------------------------------------
Login at SUPPORT-BOARD-URL

User: EMAIL
Password: PASSWORD

Go to "Settings > WhatsApp" and click "Synchronize now".

After the synchronization has been completed, send a message to the WhatsApp number you just sync and your should receive it in Support Board at SUPPORT-BOARD-URL?area=conversations. You can reply from Support Board and the message will be sent to WhatsApp.

MESSENGER AND INSTAGRAM

How your app uses the permission

The app allows users to receive messages sent to Facebook Pages and linked Instagram Channels in Support Board(our software) and reply to them directly within Support Board.


Plaform settings
----------------------------------------
Login at SUPPORT-BOARD-URL

User: EMAIL
Password: PASSWORD

From the left click the "Gear" icon and go to "Settings > Messenger" and click "Synchronize now". You can also visit SUPPORT-BOARD-URL?setting=messenger.

After the synchronization has been completed, send a message to the Facebook Pages and linked Instagram Channels you synced and you should receive it in Support Board at SUPPORT-BOARD-URL?area=conversations. You can reply from Support Board and the message will be sent to Facebook or Instagram.
